Tucked away from the main entrance, discover a haven of cocktails just behind a discreet door. Experimental's cocktails, featuring signature recipes made with local ingredients, are served at the bar as the evening falls. A carefully chosen wine list celebrating local knowhow complements the cocktail list, all coming together seamlessly for the perfect start, or end, to a Venetian evening.

At the heart of Il Palazzo Experimental, the bar is a destination under the vision of Italian designer Cristina Celestino. A tribute to the Venetian lagoon, this space blends the classic elegance of a historic palace with a contemporary aesthetic. Celestino plays with texture, colour and shape: refined woodwork and a colour palette in powdery pink and deep blue evokes the shifting hues of the water. A tribute to the Venetian master Carlo Scarpa through antique mirrors, with their geometric shapes and intricate details capturing the light. An invitation to savour the Venetian art of living.
