Our Commitment

Hospitality with Purpose

As a commitment to sustainability, we go to great lengths to care for the world around us. From our design to the selection of materials, we work to reduce our carbon footprint while preserving our guests’ comfort.

“We are but momentary guardians, and it is essential that we preserve history, materials and the land that we call home.”

Our approach is rooted in long-term thinking. Rather than isolated actions, we develop a global vision that integrates sustainability into every aspect of our activity.

From architecture to daily operations, each decision is guided by a desire to reduce our footprint while maintaining the level of comfort, design and experience that defines Experimental.

We believe in meaningful progress, one that values local initiatives, supports regional ecosystems and evolves continuously over time.

Our commitments

Education

Environmental stewardship is rooted in a commitment to learning. Our teams are trained in sustainable practices, and we continually revisit topics to ensure we are doing the most we can. This ethos is extend this to our guests, encouraging them to practice responsible tourism.

Saving Water and Energy

Throughout all Experimental properties, there is a constant drive to reduce energy consumption and water waste. In addition to guest communications, we implement water pressure reducers, consumption monitoring, LED lighting and motion sensors in each location.

Limiting and Sorting Waste

We are committed to reducing waste and optimising recycling. To ensure ease and effectiveness, we have implemented waste sorting in guest rooms and common areas, reduced all packaging and have removed disposable items including tableware and beauty products.

Caring for Guest and Team Well-Being

Guest and team wellbeing is essential throughout Experimental properties. To ensure a healthy environment we use Ecocert certified products, keep our properties smoke-free and incorporate local, seasonal products on all our menus.

Community initiatives

Giving back to our local community creates a harmonious existence with neighbours and guests. Where gardens are present, we ensure these are pesticide-free. We also encourage furniture donations, community partnerships and the improvement our own buildings and property surrounding.

Today, Experimental can be found across Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Ibiza, Menorca and out in the British countryside. Each location inspired by the world around it.
