Perched on the top floor of the Grands Boulevards Experimental, the Shed rooftop cocktail bar is a hidden oasis in the centre of Paris tucked away inside our boutique hotel. A tranquil sanctuary beneath the stars, providing a chic escape from the bustling city life below and panoramic views of Paris. A moment to toast to the evening, The Shed is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the beauty of the city from above.

Rooftop cocktails at The Shed tell a story of Paris. A gentle introduction with a non-alcoholic Tony Tonic, a punchy chapter told through Experimental classics like the Pondicherry Mule, a cocktail that nods to the early days of ECC. Snacks served on the side, something to share whilst taking in panoramic views of the city below.

LOCATIONS

A journey that started in Paris, in the summer of 2007. A bar on a quiet street, the start of Paris’ cocktail renaissance. As the years went on, new chapters turned, from new cities, to restaurants and finally hotels. Today, Experimental can be found across Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Ibiza, Menorca and out in the British countryside. Each location inspired by the world around it.
