Le St Bernard celebrates the art of Alpine dining right in the heart of Verbier. A restaurant that nods to the Grand St. Bernard Pass, a symbol of hospitality between Switzerland and Italy, and the loyal St. Bernard dog, steadfast companion to mountain rescuers, the experience is a celebration of warmth, generosity and comfort.

Le St Bernard, fine dining with views of snow-capped mountains

Under the direction of Executive Chef Rudy Ballin, our menu is a nod to authentic Alpine cuisine crafted with the finest local produce from mountain cheeses and seasonal vegetables to Valais wines and locally sourced meats. Each dish, with Franco-Swiss accents, revisits mountain classics with a refined, convivial spirit meant for sharing with family and friends.

Evenings are a journey guided by Farm Club’s Kevin di Bonito and Jimmy Parisse, beginning with après-ski aperitifs and followed by dinner, served either at 7pm or 9pm. The night continues upstairs at Experimental Cocktail Club and finishes downstairs at Farm Club, Verbier’s iconic nightclub.

At the heart of the restaurant, La Table du Chef offers a communal dining experience. An invitation to share, connect, and celebrate the art of living together, right in the rhythm of the kitchen.

Chef Rudy Balin x Experimental

Parisian nuances interpreted through an Alpine lens. Chef Rudy Ballin arrived at Experimental Chalet Verbier fresh from the renowned Frenchie and now sits at the helm of other Experimental restaurants in Paris, Biarritz and Val d'Isère. At Verbier's Le St Bernard, his menu is a nod to mountain classics, embracing local cheeses, regional meats, seasonal vegetables, and wines from the Valais.

Farm Club Verbier, a nightlife institution

A night never-ending

A veritable institute of Verbier nightlife: The Farm Club. When its doors first open in 1971, it was a place to let loose, where everyone gathered till the wee hours. A legendary club where elegance is upheld without ostentation and every night radiates a profound sense of celebration. Today, the keys to this icon are held by Kevin di Bonito and Jimmy Parisse, nightlife veterans who carry on the legacy of this alpine institution, weaving local culture with a sense of youthful conviviality.

Now at the helm of The Farm Club and Le St Bernard, their vision is one that takes guests on a journey from après-ski drinks, dinner, cocktails and continues into the night at Farm Club.
