C-Side Spa is a haven for self-care surrounded by the Cotswold countryside. We offer holistic therapies including massages, facials and body treatments featuring advanced skincare by Biologique Recherche and Oskia. Our design is rooted in our landscape, from gardens to the natural springs on our grounds reflected in the use of Cotswold stone and floor to ceiling glass walls with woodland views. Guests can enjoy an outdoor and indoor pool, alongside four treatment rooms plus a gym, hammam and a sauna.

Founded over 50 years ago by biologists and physiotherapists, Biologique Recherche is known for its personalised approach. A dermo-cosmetic diagnosis tailors’ treatments to using pure, highly concentrated products and precise protocols.
OSKIA
Oskia is a nutri-cosmeceutical beauty brand specialising in pure cellular nutrition to restore skin health. It takes pride in its bio-nutritional technologies, designed to produce targeted, clinically proven complexes and formulas.

Our signature massage is a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment that works on the entire body to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. Using flowing massage techniques, combined with tailored pressure to suit individual needs, the therapist focuses on releasing tight muscles, soothing aches, and calming the nervous system. The treatment typically covers the back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, abdomen (optional), and scalp, ensuring the whole body feels balanced and renewed.

Fitness classes at C-Side Spa are at the core of our experience, set amidst the serene surroundings of Cowley Manor Experimental. From Pilates and Core Flow sessions in our garden room to dynamic Aqua Fit classes, our offerings cater to all fitness levels. Embrace outdoor activities and enjoy unique sessions like Wim Hof and Outdoor Bootcamp, blending mindfulness with physical challenge.
Spa Membership
All C-Side Spa memberships benefit from full access to our heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room and gym. Members are also welcome to enjoy the hotel’s public spaces, along with the 55 acres of grounds at Cowley Manor Experimental.
