Opening onto the street, just at the heart of the Grand Pigalle Experimental hotel is Frenchie Pigalle, led by the renowned Chef Greg Marchand of the iconic Michelin-starred Frenchie in Paris. Expect spontaneity, a delicate blend gluttony with a hint of mischief, crafted from seasonal ingredients.

Start your dining experience with the iconic Frenchie Bacon Scones, followed by naughty creations like Sweetbread Nuggets with Caviar and Raw Cream or Smoked Ricotta with Roasted Apricot and Rosemary Sabayon that will undoubtedly delight your palate. CHEF GREG MARCHAND X EXPERIMENTAL

The story of Greg Marchand and Experimental began in the early 2000s, when French dining and cocktail culture needed something new. Experimental Cocktail Club opened in 2007 and Frenchie in 2009. A new era was born, one where Parisians flocked for cocktails and playful dining. A friendship soon followed, and Marchand took over the kitchen at Grand Pigalle.
