A grand staircase to a cocktail haven, perched above the bustle of Temple & Chapon, a restaurant that pays tribute to New York chop houses. Dappled stained glass light dances across the floor, the shimmer of crystal glasses follows suit. Low slung seats, a welcome invitation to early evening drinks and one for the road. A tapestry of cocktails woven with a Benton's Old Fashioned (Please Don't Tell), the Quetzal (Raines Law Room) and The Penicillin (Attaboy) from New York and the classic Tommy's Margarita by Julio Bermejo alongside the classic Expérience No. 1 from the original Experimental Cocktail Club and the Special H.E.M, a tribute to our intrepid traveller who is one step ahead, leaving his mementos in his wake.

LOCATIONS

A journey that started in Paris, in the summer of 2007. A bar on a quiet street, the start of Paris’ cocktail renaissance. As the years went on, new chapters turned, from new cities, to restaurants and finally hotels. Today, Experimental can be found across Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Ibiza, Menorca and out in the British countryside. Each location inspired by the world around it.
