Tucked away on the terrace, a moment to pause on a summer day and beneath the glow of the moon with a drink freshly poured. Our cocktail bar adorned in jewel-toned greens and wicker touches echoes the verdant Menorcan landscape. Our carefully chosen list emphasises local wines and bottles from small Spanish producers, alongside Experimental cocktails, made exclusively with local ingredients. Settle in for a drink or two by the swimming pool or at the cocktail bar on the finca's terrace.

LOCATIONS

A journey that started in Paris, in the summer of 2007. A bar on a quiet street, the start of Paris’ cocktail renaissance. As the years went on, new chapters turned, from new cities, to restaurants and finally hotels. Today, Experimental can be found across Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Ibiza, Menorca and out in the British countryside. Each location inspired by the world around it.
