The hotel's grand restaurant and spacious terrace overlooking the ocean are home to Frenchie Biarritz, a creative brasserie rooted in the beautiful Basque culinary culture and local seafood. Located by the sea on the coast of the Atlantic, Frenchie Biarritz offers distinctive cuisine that invites you on a journey. The restaurant stretches across a space flooded with natural light. Just outside, beneath blue skies, a red lacquered and sky blue terrace offers a panoramic view of the sea, the lighthouse, and the Basque coast, for a memorable dinner at sunset or lunch under the sun.

A Belle Epoque gem with a new lease on life. Designer Dorothée Meilichzon has woven neo-Basque inspirationt through the dining room and terrace, where tradition and timeless elegance are served in equal measures. It is within this 5-star hotel overlooking the bay of Biarritz that Frenchie Biarritz is nestled.

After Paris and London, Biarritz is the final stop for chef Greg Marchand. Inspired by Basque produce, he works with products like fish from Saint-Jean de Luz, Axuria rosé veal, Ossau-Iraty and Espelette pepper. The result is a menu where local delicacies are reinvented. The identity of Basque cuisine underlined by Frenchie's bistronomic culture.

An Experimental Sunday Brunch

Sundays by the sea, a pause before the week begins. Our Sunday brunch has been dreamt up by the team at Frenchie Biarritz, a reinterpretation of the classic weekend meal with a playful Basque twist. A local, generous meal served beneath the sublime atrium where natural light offers levity before the week begins.

Brunch is served every Sunday from 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Cocktails are at the heart of Experimental. At Regina Experimental, a seaside tribute to iconic cocktail bar offers an elegant moment beneath the towering atrium. A reminder of the Belle Epoque, where drinks are served in delicate crystal, and the wine list is worth lingering over, each bottle a tribute to Basque gems. The bar is open every day and food is served midday to 10:30pm for a snack to accompany your drink of choice.
