The warmth of a wood-fired oven radiates from the centre of l’Aiglon, a Savoyard restaurant enveloped by a stone counter where guests perch, a backdrop of the flickering blaze just beyond. A grand space, dotted with high wooden benches and delicate grosgrain fabrics, gently lit by paper lanterns suspended in air.

Tradition reimagined

An open fire, as if a performance where Savoie cheese and local ingredients are the star. A stone bar topped in wood provides front row seats. Throughout the rest of the room, horseshoe shaped banquettes, seats in patterned fabrics, rich wooden round tables where raclette and fondue take centre stage for dinner every evening. A nod to traditional Savoyard restaurants, the warmth and convivial spirit of the French Alps comes to life.

Experimental Cocktail Club

Our cocktail bar, a welcoming retreat for all

A nod to Paris, a tribute to snow-capped mountains. Tucked away inside Experimental Chalet Val d'Isère, discover the alpine outpost of Experimental Cocktail Club. By day, a quick snack between slopes, best enjoyed in the sun on the terrace. Come late afternoon and well into the evening, a discreet hideaway for clandestine cocktails, glasses of champagne and plates to share. A menu that explores Experimental classics and mountain signatures, sipped to the sound of a DJ. It's where aprés-ski takes on an elevated approach, accentuated by velvet sofas, soft carpet, lacquered wood, cool metal and low lighting.
